Community Living Mississauga’s Employment Resource Centre works with job seekers who have an intellectual disability to secure employment. On March 9th, we will be hosting an event, Engage Talent: Employer Breakfast, to share with employers the benefits of hiring people who have an intellectual disability. Employers will learn how they can enhance their hiring practices to maximize business performance through an engaging and informative networking event.

We welcome the opportunity to share this free event with local employers so they can learn about how hiring a job seeker who has an intellectual disability can benefit their business including lower turnover, lower absenteeism, improved productivity, improved employee engagement and morale and much more.
