Lionheart British Pub and Restaurant
Inside the heart of Meadowvale, the warm Lionheart British Pub and Restaurant invites visitors to come by and bask in the deliciousness of traditional British cuisine along with some international favourites. The Guitar World
Located on the intersection of Tenth Line West and Derry Road West, The Guitar World, established back in 2003, is the prime destination for your music needs. They have been supplying Mississauga's residents with a wide selection of reasonably priced acoustic, electric and bass guitars along with accessories. Osprey Marsh
Located just north of the intersection of Ninth Line and Britannia Road West is the pleasantly peaceful Osprey Marsh, also known as the Ninth Line Stormwater Management Pond (but that name doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue). The marsh is a fantastic haven for local wildlife. With lush, green scenery, Osprey Marsh is well worth a trip so as to go hiking or strolling along its outdoor trails to take in some of mother nature.
Britannia Italian Bakery
Britannia Italian Bakery is a home-grown and expertly operated family business since its establishment in 1991. Maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere, Britannia Italian Bakery supplies its customers with tasty, delectable treats - including cakes, desserts and traditional Italian cookies. Outside of the sugary treats, this bakery also features an espresso/coffee bar and a deli/hot bar, offering dishes like meat lasagna, stuffed peppers, eggplant parmigiana and pizza. They also offer party platters and do catering.
Milan Ice Cream & Paan
Situated by the intersection of Tenth Line West and Trelawny Circle, Milan Ice Cream & Paan is a great walk-in, take-out and quick-service restaurant serving street food like paan, chai, falooda, pav bhaji, ragda patties and, of course, ice cream. This little spot is a great destination to cool off with a cold, tasty ice cream treat. Milan Ice Cream & Paan Offers over 20 different flavours of ice cream, including caramel sponge toffee, cheesy cheesecake and birthday cake.
Lisgar Fields Park
Located on Doug Leavens Boulevard, Lisgar Fields Park is a quaint, well-shaded park. Head over and take a walk, stroll or bike ride through sprawling trails that encircle the area. It’s got a lot of wide open spaces and the facilities are well lit after dusk to make it an enticing destination even well into the evening. Amenities in the park include soccer fields, tennis courts, a basketball court, a splash pad, washrooms and ample parking.
