Modern Mississauga and the City of Mississauga have come together to present an ongoing series called “Ask the City.” We’ll share relevant information here and answer your questions about our city.
Today’s question is about Remembrance Day.
Are there any Remembrance Day ceremonies I can go to in Mississauga?
Yes!
City of Mississauga will be honouring our veterans who made sacrifices during times of conflict and those who are still making sacrifices today.
There is a ceremony taking place on November 11 from 10:30 to 11:20 a.m. at the Community Memorial at Mississauga Celebration Square.
If you’re unable to make it, you can watch the live stream starting at 10:30 a.m.
There will also be other Remembrance Day ceremonies taking place across Mississauga:
