Mississauga's Windmill Music presents Piano Poets
Windmill Music is set to take a journey exploring today's prominent pianists and the songs they wrote with its new show, Piano Poets presented on Friday, February 28 and Saturday, February 29, 2020. Featuring 12 stellar vocalists, the show will feature famous compositions written by legendary songwriters including Billy Joel, Elton John, Cole Porter, Carol King, Lady Gaga, Fats Waller, Charles Fox, Jerry Lee Lewis - all of them great pianists.
Piano Poets will be presented at 8 p.m. at the Great Hall located at 84 South Service Rd, Mississauga. Windmill Music delights audiences with its high-calibre musicianship and authentic cabaret experience complete with complementary snacks, candlelight and cash bar. The chorus will be supported by Windmill's resident 5 piece Band.
Featured performers include Heidi Cyfko, Sarah DaCunha, Emily Falls, Raylin Marcotte, Katie Westrope, Abigail Freeman, Lindsay Rolland-Mills, Jason Hales, Blair Barnsdale, Malakai Viera, John Stephen and Justin Bacchus. The show will be guided by Musical Director Paul Moody and Artistic Director Brian Pritchard.
