About the camps
Children will participate in fun recreational and creative learning activities focused on outdoor play, organized games, sports, arts, crafts, theme days and more.
Additionally, campers will have the opportunity to make new friends, growing their emotional intelligence, self-confidence, self-awareness and other beneficial skills for overall development. The large variety of camps are supervised by qualified staff trained in HIGH FIVE® principles of healthy child development at locations across the City, including community centres, Paramount Fine Foods Centre and the Living Arts Centre to name a few.
Programs
For older youth, the Leader in Training program is returning and a great opportunity to develop employment skills and gain experience to prepare for future camp leader roles. Registration begins on Monday, May 9.
Volunteer opportunities are also back this summer for youth 14 years. For more information, visit mississauga.ca/our-organization/jobs-and-volunteer/volunteer.
