Six Mississauga women celebrated in Mississauga's Square One Shopping Centre’s International Women’s Day campaign
Square One Shopping Centre is spotlighting six Mississauga residents in an International Women’s Day (IWD) campaign. The women being celebrated were selected based on their community contributions and include entrepreneur Samantha White, philanthropist Deloan D’Sa, artist Yen Linh Thanh, Pinterest Canada’s Editorial Manager and influencer Mishal Cazmi and co-founders of ACTN Sarah Elkami Trdina and Lina Pezzo.
The IWD campaign is designed to profile and raise awareness of the honorees and their community impact through a stylized photography campaign.
Each of the women is being styled and professionally photographed as part of the IWD program. Their images and stories will be featured on Square One’s social channels, website and throughout the centre. The photography is also being presented to the women for their own professional marketing and promotion.
For this campaign, Square One has partnered with Portraits with Impact, an all-female team led by Julianne Costigan, CityLine Expert and Stylist at Large for The Kit. Square One retailers including Simons, Club Monaco, Michael Kors, Banana Republic, Aldo, L’Intervalle, Aritzia, Frank & Oak, Call It Spring and Holt Renfew will be dressing and styling the women for the campaign, with makeup services done by Holt Renfrew’s Charlotte Tilbury team and hair by Donato Salon + Spa.
“These are powerful, inspiring women who have an impact on our community and young people. We are proud to elevate these incredible individuals [RDR1] with the support of our retailers,” says Square One Shopping Centre Marketing Manager, Roseanne Dela Rosa. “Through this campaign, we’re contributing professional resources and a platform to promote their work and accomplishments.”
