Streetsville's popular and picturesque Christmas in the Village returns for 2024 with so much to see,do and experience.
Happening on Friday, November 22nd from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 23rd from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., this free community event will surely heighten the holiday spirit.

Here are 10 terrific reasons to check out Christmas in the Village this year:

1. Get your picture taken with good ol' Santa Claus. 

2. Write a letter to Santa (we don't think you can text him)  and have the little ones enjoy other cool kids crafts.

3. Enjoy live music via the St. Rose of Lima Children’s Choir, River North and more.

4. Check out the official tree lighting ceremony at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

5. Support small businesses through the Hello Local Christmas Market, featuring over 30 vendors.

6. Experience an outdoor synthetic skating rink. You can bring your own skates or utilize the available skate rentals.

7. Participate in a ball hockey game and or learn the sport of curling

8. Enjoy a meal and or drink at some of the many Streetsville businesses. It's a great way to thank them for their support and contributions toward putting on this annual event.

9. With plenty of photo opportunities throughout Streetsville, make sure your smartphone is charged and that there's plenty of storage space. From illuminated letters, to decorated storefronts to the charming holiday ambiance and more, it's easy to capture the spirit of the season.

10. Stroll the streets to check out Streetsville's businesses; you just might find your next favourite place.

11. Ride the Polar Express Train. While Tom Hanks won't be there, it's still fun and exciting.
