A sugar cookie recipe that's great for Easter

Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 ¼ cups flour
Powdered Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
1-2 tablespoons milk
Food coloring (optional)
Directions
Blend sugars, butter, and oil; add beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Drop onto cookie sheets with your favorite size of cookie scoop; flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes
For icing, mix powdered sugar, vanilla, milk (1 tablespoon at a time), and food coloring until spreadable (mixture will thicken slightly as it sets).
