How long as Nunn & Co. been in business for?
Nunn and Co in Canada is one month old.

What inspired you to start Nunn & Co.?
We value family first and a balanced life is what we strive for. Work to live not live to work. Love and appreciate each other and the environment. we come from a farm environment, we would rather see trees than buildings. Animals look better in the wild than on walls. Production/manufacturing should have an ethical environment where people are not exploited.

What makes you stand out among your competitors?
Ten trees are planted for each and every sale. Dedicated people are fighting to save the environment and this will assist them in their work.

What impression do you want customers to have?
Good quality apparel can be affordable while supporting personal values.

Why is the environmental factor so important to you?
We can't do everything but we can't do nothing. promote and contribute to like minded people.

What materials do you use in your products?
Water based ink, 100% recyclable packing materials.

What succinct advice do you have for other entrepreneurs as they expand?
There are no guarantees but balance hard work, while having fun will make it all worth while.

Can customers create customized products?
It is currently one of the product options which we are working on introducing, soon

Is there anything you'd change during your entrepreneurial journey?
I would have been braver sooner

How would you describe your business to a stranger?
A small company fueled by strong values.

What did you do before you started Nunn & Co.?
I managed a family pet retail store.

What was/is the inspiration for your business name?
Nunn is the name of a family I’ve known for years who are like minded. I am the Co part of the partnership in this good brand. 

What does 2020 look like for the company?
We would like to make an honest income and are happy to be constrained by our values with regards to labour / manufacturing processes and supporting causes that we believe in. They need all the support they can get too.
