The Mississauga Symphony returns to live broadcast A Celebration of Beethoven

On Saturday, November 28, the Mississauga Symphony will return to the stage in Hammerson Hall to produce a free, LIVE streamed digital concert! Presented in partnership with our friends at Mississauga Celebration Square, A Celebration of Beethoven will feature works by the most admired composer in the history of classical music. Pieces include Beethoven's Coriolan Overture, the third movement of Beethoven's Violin Concerto performed by concertmaster Corey Gemmell, and Beethoven's stunning Second Symphony.

A Celebration of Beethoven will be broadcast via Facebook Live. Tune into our Facebook page, or our website, at 8pm on concert night to enjoy the show. Prefer to listen to music under the stars? A Celebration of Beethoven will also be broadcast LIVE to Mississauga Celebration Square! Physical distancing measures must be strictly adhered to.

In the weeks leading up to the concert, Maestro Denis Mastromonaco will resurrect his wildly popular Meet the Maestro series, this time, via Zoom. Our free, relaxed, Meet the Maestro presentations are fantastic enhancements to every MSO concert experience. Enjoy the rich history behind the music of Beethoven, and interact with the Maestro, all from the comfort of your home.
