Like every Christmas season, most people will wonder how many gifts they need to buy, what to serve for Christmas dinner and when they should get their Christmas tree. However, many others will wonder if they can even afford food, let alone a tree or gifts.

With the volatile year we have all had and felt in many different ways, coming together as a community to Fight Hunger, Feed Hope and Empower People In Need is more important than ever. A great way to give back this Christmas is to join ’Twas The Bite Before Christmas’ 13th Annual Turkey Dinner Bubble Drive. We are a trusted charity that has put together many successful initiatives and events. No matter what your background or beliefs may be, a traditional turkey dinner is a meal that we can all say brings festive feelings and full bellies to each person who receives it. Help us make Christmas light by providing a donation on our website at www.twasthebite.ca.

A donation of $42 provides one full week of meals for a family of four! A food bank gift of $100 provides 200 meals!

Who will it feed? Our Turkey Dinner Bubble Drive will feed hungry children, seniors, families, and neighbours in Mississauga by partnering with local restaurants and catering businesses who will prepare healthy and delicious meals for recipients through local food banks. We support / provide funds for The Compass, Eden Food For Change and The Mississauga Food Bank.

When it is happening? On Saturday, December 4th, recipients will be able to pick up their meals from the North and South Pole locations of Mississauga, and volunteers will assist in distributing meals.
