3. What was the inspiration to create Zoom Into Life Studio?
The business owners we encountered were running from pillar to post trying to build a brand that was impactful for them. Unfortunately, by the time everything got done, their brand essence had lost its alignment with their vision. They were exhausted from working with several vendors and excessive coordination and chasing. In order to serve modern entrepreneurs, we sought to offer a seamless solution for all their Branding Marketing needs. As a result, our creative agency was born to provide business owners with an all-in-one branding and marketing solution so they can concentrate on their business while knowing they have a strong brand and marketing team walking with them every step of the way.
4. What's a common misconception about building a brand?
The vast majority of business owners view their brands from their own perspective rather than from the perspective of their target audience. It is a common misconception that building a brand involves creating marketing assets such as logos, photos, websites, etc. It takes a much deeper process to build a brand, however. We consider building a brand to be like an iceberg, which we refer to as a Breakthrough Brandberg™.
Like an iceberg, a brand is 70 to 80% underwater. This branding consists of two parts, internal branding which is all about understanding your audience, doing a deep dive into what makes a brand unique, and external branding which is the marketing assets which make up the 20-35% of the iceberg.
Today's ultra-competitive landscape is all about relationships, not transactions. For this, it is important for a brand to understand the mindset, goals, challenges, fears, and desires of their clients. When businesses build a brand like an Iceberg, that’s where magic starts to happen as they start attracting their ideal clients, becoming their only choice.
5. What predictions do you have for the digital landscape for small businesses over the next 12 to 18 months?
Authenticity & building relationships are going to be key. Brands that will have the courage and perseverance to stay true to their DNA and genuinely care about their clients are the ones that will thrive and stand out from the crowd!

Seeing the transformation in people’s businesses and lives as a result of the work we have done for them.
7. What's a lesson you wish you learned earlier in your career?
Being the world's best kept secret doesn’t serve anybody and the only way to overcome this, is to get out of your own way. Getting out of your comfort zone and out there allows people to know you exist and how you can help serve them and provide solutions they are looking for.
