What does Always Connected Treatment Network specifically do?
We are an an interdisciplinary therapeutic centre supporting children, youth and adults within the Peel, Halton and surrounding GTA communities.
As a centralized hub of resources, our services provide virtual and in-person support to individuals and their families through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychological Services, Psychotherapy, Parental Support Programs and more!
How long has the business been in operation?
Always Connected Treatment Network (previously Connecting Dots Behavioural Services Inc.) was founded in 2015.
What inspired this business?
Always connected is inspired by striving for quality care and a sense of community regardless of the organization’s size or reach. We also value the importance of being connected with the greater community and creating opportunities for dissemination, acceptance and awareness. Staying up to date with the latest information that pertains to our clients and team members inspires us to continue being able to offer quality care as well as an effective work environment. Finally we continue to be inspired by receiving feedback on what our clients and our team members need to succeed.
What makes your business stand out?
Our mission is to serve as leaders in quality treatment, navigation and coordination, advocacy tools and resources, and community partnerships. Through individualized and focused goal setting processes, our clients develop the tools they need to integrate in the community and make a lasting impression on their peers and family. We believe in operating a morally and ethically sound organization that prides itself on the well being of both its staff and learners.

What succinct advice would you give aspirational business owners?
Ride the wave! There will be times where things are going as planned and other times that giving up may seem to be the easiest option. Keep at it! Entrepreneurship is a journey so enjoy the ride and be open to others perspective and feedback.
What are the businesses goals for 2023?
Our goal is to continue offering resources to our staff and clients that best suits their needs. Additionally, community partnerships have always been an important part of our growth that allows us to give back to the community as well as expect resources that we are able to offer.
