African Lion Safari Celebrates 50 Wild Years

African Lion Safari® is a Canadian owned family business, created in the name of conservation by the late Colonel G.D. Dailley.  The park opened its gates to the public on August 22nd, 1969 with 40 lions in 3 Game Reserves. 
Today, 50 WILD years later, the park houses in excess of 1,000 animals comprised of over 100 different species.  See lions, giraffe, rhino, and many more animals from around the world! Drive through in your own vehicle or aboard our Safari Tour Bus.  Enjoy exciting bird and animal presentations, nature tours, Elephant swim, and Misumu Bay Wet Play (seasonal).
