What exactly is 3-1-1?
3-1-1 is a non-emergency number you can call to connect to the City of Mississauga’s 3-1-1 Citizen Contact Centre for easily accessible customer service. Customer Service Advisors can help answer questions you may have about City or regional services and programs.
Reach the Citizen Contact centre by:
· Calling 3-1-1 or 905-615-4311 (outside city limits), Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
· Submitting a service request online 24/7
· Submitting a service request through the Pingstreet mobile app 24/7
· Tweet @citymississsauga or send a message on Facebook
Always dial 9-1-1 for emergency police, fire or ambulance services when the safety of people or property is at risk and requires immediate, emergency assistance.
