Wayne Gretzky Craft Brewing launches two new beer styles

With the warmer weather upon us, vaccines finding their way into thousands of arms daily, there’s a slow yet steady return to pre-pandemic life.
Backyard BBQ’s, gatherings, parties and enjoying the summer weather outdoors will be a popular choice this summer.
Adding to their already strong roster of premium alcoholic beverages, Wayne Gretzky Estates have introduced two new beer styles; an IPA and Pilsner.
I’ve had a few of both (responsibly, of course and from the comfort of my own back yard) and their tasting notes (mentioned below) aligned with my impressions.

I’m a huge fan of spicy food and the IPA pairs quite nicely with it.
Specifically, I paired it with Indian food and extra spicy chicken wings and found that to work well.

On the pilsner side, I pair it with lighter foods for a complimentary balance.
Specifically, I had salmon and a garden salad that paired wonderfully.
