Mississauga's Amazing Graze Opens GTA’s First-Ever Charcuterie Shop

In February 2022, Mississauga’s Amazing Graze, who specializes in catered grazing tables and prepares beautiful charcuterie centrepieces, boxes and boards, opened the GTA’s first-ever charcuterie storefront. After running the business from her home for three years, Grace Manicone’s shop is located in the heart of the quickly developing community of Lakeview.
Charming charcuterie boxes with delectable fresh produce are available for same-day pick-up or local delivery to satisfy that charcuterie craving, celebrate a big milestone or gift to a loved one.
Of the new store opening, charcuterie chef Grace said, “Opening my own shop has been a dream of mine since I started working in a local bakery at age 26. I am showcasing my 20 years of experience in food and catering by bringing delicious, grazing experiences to everyone in beautiful and impressive ways. These are not grocery store cheese plates - my boxes and catering not only dazzle and delight visually, I also take pride in satisfying taste buds with only the best ingredients. I’m excited to bring the graze to the GTA!”

Customers can quickly grab charcuterie for their lunch, weekend getaway or as a gift.
On Fridays and Saturdays, Grace offers grab-and-go charcuterie boxes that range from single-servings to feeding up to 8 people.
Conveniently pre-order charcuterie off her website for pick-up or delivery (for a small fee, within 15km of her shop at Lakeshore and Dixie).
To celebrate, Manicone is offering single-serving charcuterie cups and plates for pick-up in her store for only $25 on Fridays and Saturdays for a limited time. Charcuterie cups and plates will include: artisanal cheese, in-house sliced meat, as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables. New customers can taste her fresh produce, get a feel for her artistic flair and meet her in the store! In addition to charcuterie creations, Amazing Graze is the perfect shop to purchase a variety of antipasto, fresh bocconcini and burrata that can be paired with her charcuterie products. For those looking for gifts, Grace has curated home décor, candles and wreaths.
Amazing Graze is a catering and special events company who specializes in charcuterie and is located at 1097 Lakeshore Rd. East, Mississauga, Ontario, L5E 1E8. Founded at the beginning of 2019 from her home, Grace Manicone sold charcuterie, soups, loaves and sweet treats to her loyal customers throughout the pandemic and partnered with local charities to provide food to those in need. She moved to a storefront location in Lakeview in February 2022 so she can better serve her community. She recently won the New Business Award for the Ward 1 Community Awards presented by City of Mississauga’s Ward 1 Councillor, Stephen Dasko.
