1. What does your company provide/do?

2. What inspired you to start your company?
Throughout my career, every breakthrough came from developing new leadership skills. I experienced firsthand how the right guidance transforms teams. Yet, small and medium businesses in Ontario struggle to access tailored programs. eL8 Consulting was born to bridge this gap—making leadership development affordable, impactful, and a driver of business success.
3. What's been the most impactful lesson you've learned being an entrepreneur?
In the early days, there were multiple setbacks: leads going cold, missed opportunities, and feeling overwhelmed. But my mentors taught me to keep my eyes on the horizon.
Looking ahead shifted my mindset. Instead of being stuck in the frustrations of today, I started focusing on the possibilities of tomorrow. Each failure became a lesson, and every challenge was an opportunity to improve.
The most impactful lesson is the importance of always looking ahead.
4. How do you unwind?
In addition to books, music, and moments by the lake, I’ve discovered a deep sense of joy in conversations with my nieces. Their unfiltered perspective is a refreshing reminder of the optimism and creativity that often fade as we grow older.
Children see endless possibilities in everything, and their ability to find humor—even in the most serious situations—often helps me shift my own outlook. These conversations not only recharge me but also offer unexpected insights that I apply at work. Plus, they keep me in the loop with the latest in music, entertainment, and everything Gen Z.
5. What succinct advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?
You are not alone.
Entrepreneurship can feel isolating, but the truth is, help is all around you. Building a strong network and seeking support are crucial. Whether it’s mentors, peers, or community programs, there are people who want to see you succeed. Success is never a solo journey—it’s built on relationships, trust, and the collective strength of a supportive community. Don’t hesitate to ask for help; it can make all the difference.
6. What are your goals for 2025?
I want to grow eL8 Consulting while supporting the growth of our partner organizations—both clients and vendors. I plan to invest in my personal development by becoming a certified coach, allowing me to contribute beyond sales and actively facilitate our leadership programs. On a personal level, I aim to prioritize my fitness and wellness, areas I’ve been neglecting, to ensure I bring my best self to both my business and life.
