Born and raised in Mississauga, Chef Thomas DiGiacinto discovered a love for cooking at a young age. After spending plenty of time alongside his grandmother in their kitchen at home, Chef Thomas graduated from George Brown College’s Culinary Management program in 2009 and hasn’t stopped since. From working under the Executive Chef at the popular BraeBen Golf Course, to privately operated restaurants in Toronto, to training in Italy for six months – Chef Thomas has acquired a myriad of experience.
Travelling the world has introduced Chef Thomas to numerous types of cuisine – and and it’s clearly reflected through his delicious and creative offerings at C Banquets. 
He’s been with C Banquets ever since the doors opened and is constantly challenging himself to try new styles and put modern twists on contemporary classics. 
His current menu offerings at C Banquets range from all different corners of the world, providing an array of flavours for guests.  

Chef Thomas is passionate about trying new menus and styles to keep the flare for his cooking fresh. He welcomes new challenges and utilizes his vast experience to continually to impress all those that dine at C Banquets.
