What’s Coming Up this Weekend

During opening weekend, there will be many amazing visuals and stories to capture. This includes We Who Spin Around You starting at 7 p.m. on September 14.

In this evening exhibition, participants will be invited to wear custom-made bronze masks designed to help them safely view the sun, transforming it into a tiny dark green sphere. As this is happening, a scientist, scholar or poet will deliver a brief lecture or reading on solar history and humanity’s changing relationship to the sun and skies.
