1. What exactly is the "Amplify Your Voice" Conference about?
This conference is our first in-person conference since 2019! It will also serve as the kick-off to our 10 year anniversary celebration! This conference will feature 6 dynamic speakers (along with some surprise speakers) all speaking on the many ways we can amplify our voices as women. The speakers range from authors, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, politicians, inspirational speakers and podcasters. Join the 140 entrepreneurs for an unforgettable day.
2. Who is this geared towards?
This event is geared towards female entrepreneurs or those in the corporate world who feel their voices aren’t being heard. If you are an entrepreneur with a story to tell, or you would like to stand out from the crowd with all your endeavours, then this is the event for you.

4. Your speakers are impressive - why did you pick six?
Over the past few years, we haven’t had any in person conferences. This gave us a chance to really look at the changemakers in our community and gather them all on one stage. It was difficult to choose 6, but like I said, there will be surprises. There are going to be powerhouse guests at the event to network with and who will also offer their expertise on how to amplify your voice.
5. What type of a vibe/atmosphere will attendees experience?
Think brunch with your girlfriends that just so happens to come with some amazing speakers, invaluable connections, and lessons that you can apply to your daily lives as entrepreneurs and in the corporate world. Did I mention the swag bag? It will be well worth it. If you have never been to a CSBW event, you have definitely missed out because it is always a VIBE!!
6. Congratulations on 10 years! What does the next 10 years look like?
Thank you! I am still pinching myself that we have made it this far. It was not easy because there were many times when I wanted to give up. Honestly, I don’t think I can look as far ahead as 10 years though. Over the past couple of years, we have worked on curating impactful programs for those in the startup world as well as strategic partnerships that will continue to benefit our community. Our hope going forward is to continue to develop these programs and massage these partnerships to continue benefit the community we have built. Cheers to another 10.
