1. What exactly is Redline Athletics?
Redline athletics is an athletic performance facility. We promote functional fitness and movement based strength and conditioning.
2. How long have you owned the company for?
Less than a year.
3. How does Redline Athletics differentiate themselves from the competition?
We specialize in athletic training and conditioning. Not only do we train athletes to be stronger and faster, we work with other pillars of athleticism such as balance, grip strength, agility, and mental performance. This helps us to increase the entire mindset and skill set of the athlete; which proves to benefit them outside of sports as well. These lessons usually apply to anyone, whether they are a performance athlete or not.
4. If someone hasn't done any training previously, are they able to work with you?
Yes they are. We focus on the basics of movement balance and strength training, are beneficial to anyone willing to get involved in a fitness endeavor.
5. It's nearly impossible to offer any guarantees in this industry - what can clients expect from you?
Clients can expect to be educated on how to use their body and mind as tools in hitting their fitness goals.
6. What type of equipment do you have/use?
We have a minimalist approach to our equipment .
We stay away from the complicated gym machines that sometimes do the work for you. We use barbells, dumbells, Kettebells, and other cool tools to help you train yourself.
7. Do you offer classes, or one on one training, or both?
We offer classes, group training, couples training, and one on one personal training.
8. What's a common misconception about the health and fitness industry?
You have to look a certain way to be in shape.
9. What does 2020 look like?
